    The rooms were soundproof and new-fashioned, with a large bathroom. The hotel was in a marvellous and unbeatable location just next door to mid La Paz and the cafeteria. I visited Siilpichs, based easy walk to the venue, had dinner there.

    excellent central spot for exploring la paz's vibrant culture

    I loved that the room was large and quiet, which gave me a perfect base to start my city strolls, especially since it was just a few steps to quirky shops and restaurants that really brought the local vibe to life.

    Very easy to get from El Alto International airport, just 10 km. Great-sized units with a large bathroom, fantastic views, for example, attentive employees. Lots of excellent breakfast options.

    Had a great two-night stay! Enjoyed spacious rooms with comfy beds, a friendly staff that helped with taxis, and a decent breakfast buffet. Just wish the pool wasn't closed on Mondays, but overall a solid experience.

    The staff was very friendly from the moment we pulled up, they had answers to every question and what they didn't know they found out for us. The room was very ample, super comfortable bed with down comforters. A new flat screen tv, I stayed at another high end hotel in La Paz months ago and they still had old school tvs. They have a gourmet restaurant as well as a Sushi Bar and live piano music. Great ambience, nicely decorated for christmas. Walking distance from El Prado where you can find everything.

    After months of traveling, this hotel provided the luxury we craved. The Executive King Room was spacious with a comfy bed, and I loved the fresh fruit offered at breakfast. The pool, although closed for cleaning , still promised a relaxing experience during the day.

    Excellent experience. While this is an upscale hotel, the value exceeded my expectation. The staff was very helpful - including when I needed medical advice for altitude sickness. They went out of their way on many instances. I did book a room and was upgraded. The hotel provided advice on music shows to attend and ensured a taxi was available to drive and pick me up. They added to the feeling of safety by providing information. The location is excellent - priximity to the Prado/main street and to museum. An easy drive to sf Cathedral and Plaza Murillo and easy walk back downhill. The 2nd Floor restaurant serves excellent food as well. Good wifi service and availability of computer if needed on the ground level. Many thanks to the staff who contributed to making this visit very memorable.

    Staff were helpful, arranged taxis and confirming fares! Breakfast had good options with fresh fruit and cooked dishes!

    The vibe felt outdated, with old furniture and maintenance issues, including a cracked bathroom tub and poor shower performance.

    The bed is huge! The breakfast is great. Nice and clean hotel.

    Problems adjusting the temperature. The shower head was loose and gave some problems. Not 5 stars compared to european style.
